What We Manage Elson Shields Property Management manages approximately 300 residential rental properties in Florence and the surrounding area. We have a variety of properties to meet different needs, from "close to shopping" to "out of town"! We manage properties located in the city limits of Florence, including single family dwellings, condominiums, and duplexes. |

area that include homes by the ocean, river homes, or
homes on one of the many beautiful lakes in the
area. For example, one of the properties we
manage is located on Mercer Lake about 4 miles north
of Florence. Also, we have one property that is a
