Standard Rates
May - September

Nightly rates are $150 per night.
Weekly rates are $900.00 per week.
Plus a $125.00 mandatory cleaning fee for the big house, if the Mansion is used as well the total cleaning fee will be $175.00
Pet friendly with a $50.00 non refundable pet fee.
No smoking

Winter Rates
October - April

Nightly rates are $125.00 per night.
Weekly rates are $750.00 per week.
Plus a $125.00 mandatory cleaning fee for the big house, if the Mansion is used as well the total cleaning fee will be $175.00
Pet friendly with a $50.00 non refundable pet fee.
